I’m getting geared up to do some paintings so to get back in the swing of things I went down to the P&C to do some figure drawing. Took a while to get loosened up and I’m not really happy with where I ended up: a bunch of semi-proportional humans with no hands, feet, or faces. I’ll need to do some follow-up sessions soon. I’m optimistic, the last time I had this long of lay-off it was a bumpy start too. These were 5-20 minutes poses done in charcoal/conte on 18”x24” newsprint.
